Service contract basic
With this contract, Noldus offers you basic support, for example free maintenance releases of Noldus software and technical support. A basic service contract is included in the license fee of your software for three years.

Besides all the services offered in a basic and plus service contract, a platinum contract offers you extended warranty and express hardware replacement. Next to that, it offers you on-site support for a reduced fee.
